We build the Zenith to last — and we back it. Every Elevated Desert grinder is covered against manufacturing defects, and registering your product upgrades that coverage to our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Coverage
- Standard (all products): 30 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Registered products: Register your grinder within 30 days of purchase to upgrade to our Limited Lifetime Warranty — coverage for defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original owner owns the product.
What's covered
Genuine manufacturing defects under normal personal use — including threading or closure failure, magnet failure, a defective screen, or structural and finish defects present at delivery.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or finish fading from use
- Misuse, abuse, drops, accidents, neglect, or intentional damage
- Improper cleaning, exposure to solvents or excessive heat, or any modification
- Lost or stolen products
- Products not purchased from Elevated Desert Co. or an authorized retailer, or that fail authenticity verification
- Commercial or rental use
Our remedy
For a valid claim, we will — at our sole discretion — repair the product, replace it, or provide a comparable product. We may require photos and/or the return of the product for inspection. A replacement does not renew or extend the warranty period. This warranty does not provide cash refunds.
Conditions
This warranty applies to the original registered owner only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase and a completed product registration are required. Genuine products only (a valid registration code or verified proof of purchase).
How to make a claim
Email info@elevateddesertco.com with your registration ID, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue. We'll guide you from there.
Your rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. To the extent permitted by law, Elevated Desert Co. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. We may update these terms for future purchases; the terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to your product.
