Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates & free shipping

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
• Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under $100.
• Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier (USPS/UPS). These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Tracking your order

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you created an account, you can also view order status and tracking when logged in.

Wrong address, lost, or delayed packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at purchase. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down and make it right.
